Longhedge Show Processing is responsible for, and is the Data Controller of, the personal information it receives from you through the Longhedge Show Processing website.

How do we collect your personal information?

When you submit an electronic or postal entry to us, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This enables us to process your entries so that you can be entered into the shows for whom we are providing show processing services.
Please help us to keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes to your contact details.

How might we use your personal information?

Your personal information is an important part of our service. We use a third-party company, First Place Processing, to handle online entries and to process all entries submitted by post. By using our services you are consenting to us passing your details on to First Place Processing to enable you to be entered in shows. We also use your details to allow us to contact you with any queries and send out vital show updates (cancellation, etc).
Your personal information will also be made available to Show Organisers/Secretaries for whom we are providing our services. Your details are used solely for processing show entries and passing on important information regarding the specific shows it is intended for,  e.g.  cancellations, updates. They will not be shared with any other parties.

Consent

How do you get my consent?

When you complete a paper entry form it is implicit that you are consenting to us retaining your details to enable us to process the shows you are entering.
If we or our clients ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent during the show entry process.

How do I withdraw my consent?

You may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at paul.sensky@longhedge.co.uk or mailing us at Longhedge Show Processing, Longhedge House, Thoroton, NG13 9DS.
Please note that by so doing you would be agreeing to having all your information being removed from Longhedge Show Processing. As a consequence you would no longer be able to enter any shows processed by Longhedge Show Processing or by companies that we use to handle online entries as part of their show processing services, namely First Place Processing.

Use of third parties

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
As stated we do use First Place Processing to handle the data for processing shows. They have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your entries. We recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by them.
Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

How do we keep your personal information safe?

None of your personal information is stored on the Longhedge Show Processing website. All data on databases relevant to the show processing services is password protected.

How long do we keep your personal information for?

We retain your information only as long as is necessary for the purpose for which we obtained it and any other permitted linked purposes.

In partnership with First Place Processing we moved into the world of online entries and pioneered electronic scoring and instant online results. Now, in conjunction with Agility Plaza, Longhedge Show Processing continues to serve at the forefront of agiltiy shows in the UK.
